Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Valdibia website, accounts, game server, community features, and related services. By creating an account or using Valdibia, you agree to these Terms and the server rules.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate account information and do not attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.

Acceptable use

Do not exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with infrastructure, distribute malicious software, impersonate staff, abuse other players, evade enforcement, or use the service for unlawful activity. Additional gameplay and community rules published by Valdibia also apply.

Virtual content and services

Characters, virtual items, points, rewards, and other in-game content are features of the service. They do not represent ownership of the underlying software or game assets. Availability and balancing may change as the server evolves.

Third-party services

Valdibia may integrate third-party services such as Google, Discord and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, restarted, suspended, modified, or discontinued for maintenance, security, balancing, technical, or operational reasons. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Enforcement

Valdibia administration may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, server rules, security requirements, or the integrity of the game and community.

Intellectual property

Valdibia branding and original site materials may not be copied or represented as official Valdibia material without permission. Third-party names, artwork, game content, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

Valdibia is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of information they consider important and for protecting their own devices and credentials.

Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be revised as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
